SuppressionHow far can one carry this negative impression?  Crumbled facades reveal insidious retrogression.  Crossed lines explode with catatonic supression.  Barriers to implode with psychotic concession.   
Why must one make this incision?  Nothing about this was their decision.  Nothing is ever as it was envisioned.  One is never prepared for the collision,

Big sigh, little sigh, big sigh

Well, I just went through and read all of my old poem entries and all, just because I haven't read my work in a very long time. I think my writing skill has actually gotten much worse due to my lethargy lately.

Anyhoo, I just wanted to get a glimpse into my mind over the last few years. My and my girlfriend of nearly 3 years are taking a break, and I'm desperately trying to figure out what I want and need in my life. What direction should I turn in? It seems like to go back and try and repair it all is the sensible option, and yet I feel pulled away and I just don't know why. I was happy with her, and she was happy with me. And yet, I felt restless. Should I really be caught in the turmoil of a serious commitment when I'm only 21? If I turn my back now, will I ever find a relationship that reaches the same level as this one? Would I regret leaving for years to come?
And yet
If I stay, am I missing out on what I really want and need? If this is what I need, then I do I feel the need take a break and assess my surroundings? If I am content with what I have, then why do I feel like I need so much more...

Which choice to make; which path to go?
My mind must be set with a choice I don't know
Theres no time to be certain; no place to hide
Its now or never, and I can't decide
